Odds·Eleven

Privacy Policy

Effective 14 June 2026 · Last updated 14 June 2026

The short version. Odds Eleven has no login and asks for no personal information. It shows ads through Google AdMob and offers a one-time purchase to remove them. We never sell your data, never connect to your exchange accounts, and never touch your money. You control ad tracking through a prompt the app shows you.

This policy explains what Odds Eleven ("the app", "we") stores and why. The app is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}.

What we collect

The app is designed to work without you giving us any personal information. There is no account, email, or password. The only data tied to you is what's needed for the app to function:

DataWhyTied to you?
Anonymous device identifier A random ID generated on your device so your watchlist and notifications work. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID. App functionality only
Your watchlist & tracked markets So the markets you follow sync and power alerts. App functionality only
Positions you enter manually Optional. If you log a bet you placed elsewhere, we store the figures you typed to show your profit/loss. We do not access any exchange. App functionality only
Push notification token (when notifications ship) So Apple can deliver alerts you ask for. You control this via the notification permission prompt. App functionality only
Advertising & device data collected by Google AdMob To show and measure ads. May include your device's advertising identifier (only with your consent), general device information, and ad-interaction data. See "Advertising" below. Advertising

What we do not collect

Advertising

Odds Eleven shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. When you first open the app, Apple presents an App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we ask for your advertising-consent choice through Google's consent flow:

You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google's handling of ad data is governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not share data with data brokers.

In-app purchases

You can make a one-time purchase to remove ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices.

How your data is used and stored

Data is used solely to run the features above. It is stored on your device and on our backend servers (hosted on Render, in the United Kingdom/EU region) so your watchlist and alerts work. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Third-party services

The app reads publicly available odds from the prediction markets Polymarket and Kalshi. When you choose to trade, the app opens those services directly; from that point you are subject to their terms and privacy policies, not ours. Ads are served by Google AdMob; in-app purchases and push notifications are handled by Apple. Odds Eleven is independent and is not affiliated with Polymarket, Kalshi, or FIFA.

Data retention & deletion

Because there is no account, deleting the app and its data from your device, or reinstalling it, creates a fresh anonymous identity; the previous one is no longer associated with you. To request deletion of any data linked to your device identifier on our servers, email us and we'll remove it.

Children

Odds Eleven is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The app references real-money prediction markets and is age-rated accordingly on the App Store.

Changes

If we change what we collect — for example, when notifications launch or if we ever add analytics — we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be reflected here before the feature ships.
